Acceptance and eligibility
By using our website, submitting an enquiry or using an online feature, including social media platforms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use those features.
Nature and limits of our services
Midas International provides education counselling, program and institution selection support, application assistance, document coordination, visa-process support and related services described in writing.
No guarantee: Admission, scholarship, credit transfer, visa issuance, processing time, work rights, post-study options, employment and permanent residence are controlled by institutions, governments and other third parties. Past outcomes do not guarantee a future result.
Information changes and independent verification
Entry requirements, tuition, scholarships, immigration rules, work rights, deadlines and processing practices can change without notice. Website and social-media content is general information current only as of its publication date. Applicants must verify material requirements against current official institution and government sources before acting. We will correct known material errors but are not responsible for third-party changes outside our control.
User obligations and prohibited conduct
You agree to:

provide truthful, complete and authentic information and documents;

review forms and submissions before authorizing lodgement;

meet deadlines and attend required interviews, biometrics, medicals or appointments;

pay official third-party and agreed service fees on time;

keep account credentials and one-time passwords confidential; and

use the website lawfully and respectfully.
You must not impersonate another person, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy protected content at scale, interfere with the website, submit forged or deceptive material, infringe rights, harass staff or use our services for unlawful activity
Fees, third-party charges, cancellation and refunds
Service fees, payment milestones and included work must be disclosed before paid work begins. University application fees, tuition deposits, visa fees, biometrics, medicals, tests, courier, insurance, translations and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. Third-party refunds are controlled by the relevant third party.
Any Midas refund depends on the signed service agreement, the work completed and non-recoverable costs. A visa or admission refusal does not automatically create a refund right where agreed services were properly performed.
Communications, recordings and testimonials
We may communicate through phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp or other channels selected by you. Do not send highly sensitive records through a channel we have not approved. Calls or CCTV may be recorded as appropriately necessary.
We will not publish your name, image, testimonial, offer letter, visa outcome or case story for marketing without separate, informed permission. Refusing or withdrawing testimonial consent will not affect your service.
Intellectual property and brand use
Unless stated otherwise, Midas International owns or lawfully uses the website design, text, graphics, videos, forms, processes, logos and other original content. You may not commercially reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, frame or create misleading associations with our content without written permission.
University, government, platform and partner names and logos belong to their respective owners. Display of a name or logo does not itself prove authorization, endorsement or an exclusive relationship.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend website access or services where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, abuse, illegality, misrepresentation, document fraud, conflict of interest, staff safety or a serious breach of applicable terms. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and any effect on pending work. Termination does not remove accrued payment, confidentiality, data-retention, intellectual-property or dispute obligations.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services and website content are provided with reasonable care but, to the fullest extent permitted by Bangladesh law, without warranties concerning uninterrupted availability or any third-party outcome. We are not liable for decisions or delays of institutions, governments, couriers, banks, testing bodies, medical providers, online platforms or other independent third parties; changes in law or policy; or loss caused by inaccurate, incomplete or late information supplied by the applicant.
